Tip #1 Gift someone your full attention this holiday season.

Give yourself the Gift How rich would it be to change the status update on all of your social media accounts to "Paying Attention"?

(btw - this might actually require you to turn OFF your phone!)

Tip #2 Humankind. Be both.

Getting together with family and friends can flare up old patterns and interesting dynamics. Enjoy being human and enjoy being kind this holiday season. Don't get caught up in the drama. #riseabove

Tip #3 Pause. Give thanks.

Nothing beats the power of gratitude and what it does for you and others. Who are you grateful for today? Enjoy telling others why you are grateful for them this holiday.

Tip #4 Treat your mind and body like the temple that it is.

Treat your mind and your body like the temple it is.

With all the conversations and food and drink to enjoy, there is so much to indulge in. Make sure you are nourishing your body and mind in ways that serve you.

Tip #5 Upload Memories.
